We appreciate that it's difficult to make purchases when you haven't physically examined the product. We encourage plenty of dialogue before purchase, either by phone, fax or email. We can help by sending photographs and full specification details.

We have to arrange a vetinary certificate of cleanliness for customs and excise to ensure that the goods are fit for export.
Payment has to be received before we dispatch the goods, we can help arrange this by bank transfer or draft.
