RVW Pugh started out as a husband and wife team Robert and Caroline over 25 years ago and has now grown to 40 staff over 2 branches. This growth has seen much investment in facilities, leading edge equipment and training of staff. To be able to offer our customers a superior service.
We have a big workshop capacity with 9 work bays in Churchstoke and 4 work bays in Sandbach. In the So far this year we have opened over 2,500 workshop jobs, all of which need to be carefully managed.
We have over 7,000 lines available in the stores, from filters, gaskets, nuts and bolts to paint, WD40, kids clothing, protective clothing, mini fridges and can track items throughout the sales process.
Both depots are fully integrated with the industry standard computer software IBCOS. We are also connected to supplier computer systems for parts ordering and tractor/warranty registration.
We take our business very seriously, researching employment law, H&S and environmental law so that we can best advise our customers as well as to keep in line ourselves.
